3. Click on party booking form complete it and submit to us.
2Weather - What do we do if it rains?
Intermittent very light rain/snow is acceptable and does not require cancellation of outdoor event. Steady or heavy rain/snow will require rescheduling or moving the event indoors. Typically, thunderstorms may pass through and cause an interruption of play. In some cases the party can be extended to make up for some of the lost playing time, if there is not another scheduled event after yours.
3Weather - When should I cancel?
We strongly advise waiting until the last possible time you are comfortable with before changing your party schedule. Our weather forecasters are often wrong. Our experience has been that we have three types of rain in this area; spotty showers, thunderstorms and all day soaker. Spotty showers can be difficult but we can usually work around them. Thunderstorms usually blow over quickly and sometimes we can wait them out. All day soaker are usually obvious early in the day and we try to reschedule for another date.
4Weather - Can I reschedule?
Yes you can reschedule your party for any date we have available. However rescheduling needs to be addressed before our crew begins travel to the event site. If we are en route to your party, you are responsible for paying for your party in full.
5Weather - Am am I responsible for paying for the party if bad weather?
If we are in progress with your party and a storm rolls in, we will do one of two things - wait until it passes (if we don't have anther party scheduled after yours) or if time allows us, we will pause the game until the storm passes and you can resume the time you paid for. If we can't stay to continue your party, some of your money will be refunded.
If we come out to your party and bad weather is already a factor and you then decide to reschedule, you are responsible to pay for your party in full regardless.

6Can you play Lazer Tag in the winter?
Winter weather conditions can be challenging but if the guests wear layers of clothing, the games are just as fun as they are in the Summer. The biggest concern is when we have thawing and refreezing conditions as ice can be a safety problem. Players need to be reminded to wear clothing appropriate to the weather on their invitation. Gloves are a big plus as the laser tag guns can be very cold. Layers of clothing are strongly suggested as the players will take off their coats as they get hot from all the running. Good shoes or boots with socks recommended. Winter is not really an issue, especially to the players. The coldest people at the party will be the referees!
7Can you play Lazer tag in the hot months of the Summer?
Yes. We will just take a few more QUICK breaks for the kids to get some water to drink. We would just ask you to have plenty of water for them to drink.
8Is Lazer Tag like paintball?
It can be very similar to paintball in game play, but definitely not in terms of safety, pain and mess. Since we shoot light there is no lobbing required and our equipment shoots up to 1000 feet. When your hit points are gone the laser tag weapon shuts off, so cheating is impossible. Some games are played elimination style but many are re-spawn games that allow all players to reactivate and play the entire time limit. This is more desirable to most players.
9How old do I have to be to play Tactical Laser Tag?
The minimum age is 7 years old. This is not only dictated by our Insurance company, but also a good age for kids to be able to handle the equipment and still have a great time. Younger players should be accompanied by an adult.
10What equipment will I have to wear?
One of the many great things about Lazer Tag is there is no burdensome equipment to wear. Each player will carry a laser tag weapon and wear a headband with 2 lightweight sensors.
11Is Lazer Tag safe?
Lazer Tag is safer than most sports or recreational activities. The equipment uses infrared beams like that of your TV remote control. There is actually no "laser" involved. NO CONTACT is permitted and the event is fully supervised to ensure a safe environment. Since no safety equipment is required you don't need to worry about players taking it off during play. We inspect all battlefields and provide referees that keep a close watch that all players are being safe.
12Where can we play?
Lazer Tag can be played indoors or outdoors, in the woods or in a field in a gym or warehouse. The possibilities are endless. If you do not have a suitable location contact your local parks, armory, community center. All of these have been used. Many parties and events take place in yards or on public park/school property.
13Can we play in the dark?
Though it can be played in the dark, safety becomes a more prominent priority for younger age groups. Adequate lighting for safety is required for dark battlefields. This is often provided sufficiently by house lights, street lights, etc.
14Why haven't I heard of this kind of thing before?
The technology required to fire tight infrared beams for long distances in bright sunlight is fairly new and originated in Australia. There are probably only a couple dozen commercial outdoor laser tag businesses in the entire United States. The equipment is also very expensive making it accessible to only those interested in running a professional operation.
